Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CHUVEIRO ELETRÈNICO MICROCONTROLADO E COM ACIONAMENTO REMOTO". Mais particularmente trata de um chuveiro eletrónico (1), que compreende um módulo aquecedor (2), instalado na rede elétrica e hidráulica através de tubo de passagem (7) e canopla de acabamento (PLA), sendo sito aquecedor (2) e dotado de um microcontrolador (A) presente no circuito eletrónico (MLA) e um módulo console de controle (3), provido de um microcontrolador (B) presente no circuito eletrónico (MLC), sendo dito console (3) instalado na parede interna do espaço de banho ou box de banho; o módulo aquecedor (2) é responsável pelo aquecimento e espalhamento da água, enquanto que o módulo console (3) é responsável pelas funções realizadas no aquecedor (2) e outras realizadas no próprio console (3) através de programação inteligente; os microcontroladores (A) e (B) se comunicam através de foto-transceptores que utilizam luz infravermelha ou outro meio remoto preferencialmente definido pela Cid ou código binário com milhares de combinações diferentes, de maneira a fornecer interfaces de comunicação amigáveis, permitindo o trafego de todos os dados de controle do aquecedor (2) que, através de sua construtividade mecânica e elétrica em associação aos comandos praticados no console (3) controla e monitora diversas funções do banho, sendo as principais definidas por: tempo máximo permitido, temperatura máxima permitida, potência máxima permitida e energia máxima permitida, todas acionadas, gerenciadas e programadas por senha digital do gerente (usuário), via teclado (T) e display (D) previstos no console (3) ou via comando de voz pré-gravada; o console (3) do chuveiro eletrónico (1) apresenta possibilidade de armazenar dados de um número determinado de banhos, dados estes que podem ser transferidos a um microcomputador PC através de dispositivo coletor AIS utilizado na versão do chuveiro eletrónico tipo 'residência' (1R) e através de dispositivo coletor de dados e dispositivo concentrador/repetidor utilizados na versão do chuveiro eletrónico tipo 'hotel' (1H)."IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN A MICROCONTROLLED ELECTRONIC SHOWER WITH REMOTE DRIVE". More particularly, it deals with an electronic shower (1), comprising a heater module (2), installed in the electric and hydraulic network through a passage tube (7) and finishing canopy (PLA), being heated (2) and provided a microcontroller (A) present in the electronic circuit (MLA) and a control console module (3), provided with a microcontroller (B) present in the electronic circuit (MLC), said console (3) installed in the inner wall of the space bath or shower stall; the heater module (2) is responsible for heating and water spreading, while the console module (3) is responsible for the functions performed on the heater (2) and others performed on the console itself (3) through intelligent programming; microcontrollers (A) and (B) communicate via photo-transceivers that use infrared light or other remote means preferably defined by Cid or binary code with thousands of different combinations to provide user-friendly communication interfaces allowing all heater control data (2) which, through its mechanical and electrical constructivity in combination with the controls practiced on the console (3) controls and monitors various bath functions, the main ones being defined by: maximum allowed time, maximum allowed temperature , maximum permissible power and maximum permissible power, all triggered, managed and programmed by the manager (user) digital password, via keyboard (T) and display (D) provided on the console (3) or via pre-recorded voice command; the electronic shower console (3) provides the ability to store data from a specified number of baths, which can be transferred to a PC microcomputer via an AIS collector device used in the '1' type electronic shower version ) and through a data collecting device and concentrating / repeating device used in the 'hotel' type electronic shower version (1H).
