Abstract
"QUARENTENA INTELIGENTE PARA EVITAR MALA DIRETA INDESEJADA ('SPAM')". A invenção exposta fornece um sistema e método de quarentena inteligente que facilita um sistema de classificação mais robusto em conjunto com impedimento de mala direta indesejada. A invenção envolve ter de volta algumas mensagens que aparecem como sendo questionáveis, suspeitas, ou não confiáveis a partir da classificação (como mala direta indesejada ou boa). Em particular, o filtro carece de informação sobre essas mensagens e assim a classificação é temporariamente retardada. Isso fornece mais tempo para uma atualização de filtro chegar com uma classificação mais precisa. As mensagens suspeitas podem ser colocadas em quarentena por um período de tempo que permita mais dados a serem coletados lembrando essas mensagens. um número de fatores pode ser empregado para determinar se as mensagens são mais prováveis de ser sinalizadas para análise adicional. Realimentação de usuário por meio de um sistema de laço de Realimentação pode também ser utilizada para facilitar a classificação das mensagens.
