Abstract

APARELHO PALRA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho para conseguir EGR interna (EGE - Exhaust Gas Recirculation - Recirculação de Gás de Exaustão) em um motor de combustão interna de quatro tempos que, para cada cilindro, possui pelo menos uma válvula de admissão e pelo menos uma válvula de exaustão (10) para controle da conexão entre câmaras de combustão no cilindro e um sistema de admissão e um sistema de exaustão, respectivamente. Um eixo de comando rotativo (18) que possui uma curva de excêntrico (de came) (22) é projetado para interagir com um membro perseguidor e possui uma primeira porção do lóbulo para geração da elevação normal de válvula de exaustão do motor. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido aparelho está caracterizado pelo fato de que o referido eixo de comando (18) está proporcionado com uma segunda porção de lóbulo, que possuí uma mensuração de altura além e acima de sua curva básica que cai abaixo da mensuração para folga de válvula de exaustão normal quando se traciona em carga baixa e acompanhando baixo desenvolvimento de calor no motor. Como um resultado da expansão térmica no mecanismo de válvula, a mensuração de altura excede a mensuração para folga de válvula de exaustão quando tracionando em carga alta e acompanhando alto desenvolvimento de calor no motor. A segunda porção de lóbulo está situada dentro de uma faixa angular de eixo de comando de cerca de 360 graus - 480 graus.
