Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE MONTANTE EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE TURBINA OU COMPRESSOR E MéTODO PARA MONTAR A ESTRUTURA. A presente invenção se refere a uma estrutura de sustentação e a um método para montar uma estrutura de sustentação em um motor de turbina ou de compressor para suportar de forma giratória um membro de rotor (2) em um membro de estator (1). A estrutura de sustentação inclui um anel interno, um anel externo e um pluralidade de montantes (15) que se estendem em direção radial entre o anel interno e o anel externo. O anel interno apresenta porções integradas ou solidárias que se projetam na direção dos montantes e que formam as conexões de extremidade dos montantes. As porções de conexão de extremidade integradas (19) do anel interno estão juntas com o anel produzido a partir de uma liga de metal que apresenta inicialmente dimensões de seção transversal sobre-dimensionadas em relação às dimensões de seção transversal do montante correspondente, seguidas de uma usinagem de pelo menos uma superfície lateral para remover o material. A finalidade é conseguir dimensões e posição final para conformar-se às dimensões de seção transversal e a posição correta de cada montante correspondente (15).
