Abstract

"FIXADOR EXTERNO PARA OSTEOSSìNTESE" A invenção diz respeito a um fixador externo (1) para osteossíntese em que esá prevista uma armação (2), com pelo menos uma barra (3a, 3b), que suporta as cargas mecânicas, e que pode ser fixada ao osso através de meios de fixação, em que os meios de fixação estão fixos à armação através de mordentes de aperto(4). Está previsto um módulo (5a), que pode ser aplicado sobre armação, e com que se pode levar a cabo um movimento relativo de dois fragmentos ósseos um em direção ao outro. O módulo compreende pelo menos dois componentes (6a, 7a),. O primeiro componente (6a) pode ser fixado à armação e o segundo componente (7a) pode ser fixado a pelo menos um mordente de aperto de um meio de fixação, que está fixo a um fragmento ósseo. O módulo apresenta, além disso, um meio (8a), que permite ao segundo componente mover-se em relação ao primeiro componente, de modo que, através deste movimento relativo, se possa mover o fragmento ósseo, que está fixo ao segundo componente por meio do mordente de aperto.
