Abstract
PRODUTO DE AGLOMERADO DE HIDROLISADO DE AMIDO SECADO POR ATOMIZAçãO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM PRODUTO DE AGLOMERADO DE HIDROLISADO DE AMIDO SECADO POR ATOMIZAçãO. A invenção refere-se, por um lado, a um produto de aglomerado de hidrolisado de amido secado por atomização, tendo as seguintes propriedades: um equivalente de dextrose (DE) entre 5 e 35, um teor de umidade de < 6% em peso, uma fabricação não-comprimida entre 0,4 e 0,6 g/cm ¬ 3¬, uma compressibilidade de menos do que 10%, uma distribuição do tamanho das partículas pela qual menos do que 5% em peso são maiores do que 500 mícrons e menos do que 5% em peso são menores do que 53 mícrons, um tamanho de partícula médio de entre 150 - 250 mícrons, uma estabilidade mecânica de > 95%, um ângulo estático de repouso (SAOR) de menos do que 45 <198>, como uma medida para a fluidez, e uma velocidade de dissolução de <180 segundos. Por outro lado, a invenção refere-se a um método para preparar um produto de aglomerado de hidrolisado de amido secado por atomização em uma torre de secagem por atomização, compreendendo pulverizar um material líquido sobre um material de pó sólido, pelo que o material líquido é atomizado por meio de um ou mais bocais de dois fluidos usando um fluido para aquecer e transportar este material, e pelo que o hidrolisado de amido secado por atomização, aglomerado, é produzido por injeção do material de pó sólido no topo da torre de secagem em um modo tal que a trajetória do pó cruze o padrão de pulverização do meterial líquido atomizado, e em que o material líquido que é atomizado por um ou mais bocais de dois fluidos é uma solução de hidrolisado de amido, pelo que esta solução de hidrolisado de amido é atomizada usando o vapor como o dito fluido.
