Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA DETECTAR BIOMARCADORES EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA, PARA DETECTAR BIOMARCADORES DE CáNCER OVARIANO EM UM ESFREGAçO DE PAP E PARA DETECTAR BIOMARCADORES DE CáNCER ENDOMETRIAL EM UM ESFREGAçO DE PAP". A invenção proporciona um método para a avaliação de marcadores biológicos em uma amostra de tecido, células ou fluido, para a detecção de uma condição maligna ou pré-maligna. Os aspectos da presente invenção são particularmente úteis na triagem de amostras tais como esfregaços cervicais de mulheres para detectar tais marcadores. A identificação de uma condição maligna ou pré-maligna pode ser seguida por tratamento apropriado.
