"FORMAS CRISTALINAS DE CLORIDRATO DE (+)- e (-)-ERITRO-MEFLOQUINA". O cloridrato de (+) - ou (-) eritro-mefloquina pode existir em quatro formas cristalinas A, B, C e D, pelo que formam a forma mais estável. A forma A pode ser produzida diretamente em formas morfológicas semelhantes a colunas grossas, cubóides, cubos e formas semelhantes a cubo, que podem ser facilmente manipuladas durante processamento e formulação. O cloridrato de (+)- ou (-)eritro-mefloquina também forma solvatos com acetona, metil etil cetona e tetraidrofurano."CRYSTALLINE CHLORIDRATE FORMS OF (+) - and (-) - ERYTHRO-MEFLOQUINE". (+) - or (-) Erythromloquine hydrochloride can exist in four crystalline forms A, B, C and D, so they form the most stable form. Form A can be produced directly in thick column-like, cuboidal, cube-like and cube-like morphological forms, which can be easily manipulated during processing and formulation. (+) - or (-) Erythromloquine hydrochloride also forms solvates with acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and tetrahydrofuran.
