Abstract
PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL DE ALIMENTOS ATRAVéS DA APLICAçãO DE UM FILME DE POLìMERO, COMPOSIçãO DE TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL AQUOSA PARA ALIMENTOS, E, ALIMENTO REVESTIDO COM UM FILME DE POLìMERO A invenção refere-se a um método para tratar a superfície de produtos alimentícios através da aplicação de um filme de polímero,em que um copolímero de enxerto de álcool polivinílico - poliéter sob a forma de uma dispersão aquosa é aplicado sobre o produto alimentício como o polímero formador de filme.
