Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM CONCENTRADO AQUOSO DE ABRILHANTADOR óPTICO/PVOH, MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO COLORIDA E MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA INCLUINDO UM ABRILHANTADOR óPTICO E UMA RESINA DE áLCOOL POLIVINìLICO". A presente invenção se refere, de modo geral, a um método aperfeiçoado para preparar composições aquosas de revestimento incluindo um abrilhantador óptico e uma resina de álcool polivinílico, o aperfeiçoamento sendo direcionado ao cozimento de uma pasta para dissolver a resina de álcool polivinílico subsequente à adição do abrilhantador óptico e resina de álcool polivinílico à pasta, a uma temperatura acima de cerca de 71,1<198>C por pelo menos cerca de 5 minutos. A invenção permite a preparação com baixo de teor de água, sem comprometer o brilho e a cor. é especificamente preferida a adição de resina seca e/ou abrilhantador seco para prover misturas com alto teor de sólidos. The invention allows preparation with low water content without compromising brightness and color. It is specifically preferred to add dry resin and / or dry rinse aid to provide high solids mixtures. Another aspect of the invention is a particulate, dry combination of rinse aid and PVOH resin. A method for preparing an aqueous brightener / PVOH concentrate is disclosed comprising the steps of: (a) providing an aqueous brightener composition including water and active brightener ingredient, where the active brightener active ingredient is present in the composition. aqueous optical brightener in an amount from about 10% to about 25%; (b) mixing the polyvinyl alcohol resin with the aqueous optical brightening composition in an amount of about 1 part dry polyvinyl alcohol resin per 0.5 to 10 wet parts of the aqueous brightening composition to provide a nascent waterborne resin concentrate. polyvinyl alcohol and optical brightener; and c) cooking the aqueous concentrate to dissolve solids typically at a temperature of about 79.4 ° C to about 98.8 ° C for a period of time from about 10 minutes to about 120 minutes, to provide a rinse aid concentrate / cooked polyvinyl alcohol.
