Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR TRÁFEGO NÃO-SOLICITADO DESTINADO A UM DISPOSITIVO DE COMUNICAÇÃO SEM FIO Apresentados aqui um aparelho e método para controlar tráfego não-solicitado. O aparelho e método podem ser aplicados a redes de comunicação sem fio tais como CDMA2000, UMTS, GPRS e similares de modo que tráfego que não é solicitado por dispositivos de co-municação sem fio que operam nestas redes não seja enviado pelo ar desnecessariamente. A presente aplicação fornece técnicas para bloquear tráfego não-solicitado com base na identidade de um usuário (por exemplo, com base na Identidade Internacional de Estação Móvel (IMSI), Identificador de Acesso a Rede (NAI), Número de Rede Digital de Serviços de Internet de Estação Móvel (MSISDN), Locador de Recursos Universais (url) de Protocolo de Iniciação de Sessão (SIP) ) em oposição a técnicas que são baseadas em uma sessão ou endereço IP, tal como uma barreira de proteção tradicional. De acordo com este pedido de patente, técnicas baseadas na identidade do usuário são aplicadas para bloquear tráfego não-solicitado sempre que um usuário estabelecer uma sessão de dados.
