Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE LOCALIZADOR DE PRODUTO GENéRICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema localizador de produto genérico que provê a capacidade de gerenciar e executar pesquisas sobre produtos configuráveis em uma aplicação de J2EE. O sistema localizador de produto genérico inclui um componente de gerenciador para executar as pesquisas em resposta a uma consulta de pesquisa; um componente de produto para persistir uma pluralidade de informações de produto e interagir com o componente de gerenciador na condução de pesquisas das informações de produto; um componente de metadados de produto que interage com o componente de gerenciador para definir um produto; e um componente de configuração de pesquisa que interage com o componente de gerenciador para construir um conjunto de regras de pesquisa em uma configuração de pesquisa de produto. Internamente, o sistema localizador representa os produtos com uma especificação dividida em parâmetros que representam as características e os atributos opcionais. Esta especificação existe em um estado genérico pela utilização de objetos de Java. Múltiplas especificações de produto podem coexistir e as suas informações são persistidas pela utilização de beans de entidade. O produto genérico também contém um bean de seção que atua como um gerenciador e um único ponto de entrada para as informações de produto. Como os produtos são mantidos em uma forma genérica, as regras de pesquisa podem ser construídas e aplicadas ao conjunto de produtos para executar consultas complexas.
