Abstract

"SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA MELHORIA DA QUALIDADE DE PESQUISA". A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas e métodos para melhoria da qualidade de pesquisa. As consultas de pesquisa são expandidas usando-se uma variedade de técnicas lingüísticas. Por exemplo, as palavras em uma consulta podem ser suplementadas com palavras relacionadas obtidas a partir de um banco de dados de palavras compostas, formas de inflexão e/ou variações ortográficas. As consultas expandidas podem ser usadas para a realização de pesquisas quanto a documentos de resposta. Um índice de documento pode ser expandido usando-se técnicas similares.
