Abstract
"BICO DESVOLATILIZADOR TRATADO A QUENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para perfurar uma chapa de aço, formando um bico desvolatilizador a partir da chapa de aço, e tratar a quente o bico desvolatilizador. O bico desvolatilizador pode ter uma resistência limite de pelo menos cerca de 709,72 kcm (110 ksi), e uma resistência à tração de pelo menos cerca de 903,29 kcm (140 ksi). As perfurações na chapa de aço são orifícios no bico e podem ter não mais do que cerca de 0,127 cm (0,05 polegada) de diâmetro.
