Abstract
"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO DE DIAFRAGMA DE UMA CéLULA PARA ELETROEXTRAçãO DE METAIS DE SOLUçõES AQUOSAS, E, ELEMENTO DE DIAFRAGMA DE UMA CéLULA PARA ELETROEXTRAçãO DE METAIS DE SOLUçõES AQUOSAS". São revelados um elemento de diafragma de uma célula para eletroextração de metais de soluções aquosas e um método de fabricação do elemento de diafragma. A diaphragm element is formed of a diaphragm cloth and comprises at least one side surface with vertical edges and horizontal edges, wherein at least one edge of at least one side surface of the diaphragm element is formed with an electrically insulating edge region. which has a predetermined width and specific electrical resistance at least five times greater compared to the specific electrical resistance of the intermediate region of the lateral surface. The invention ensures lower material consumption and labor costs for the fabrication and operation of electrochemical reactor diaphragm cells, provides disturbance-free production cycle and improves cathode metal quality.
