Abstract

"SISTEMA INFUSOR E MéTODO DE ADMINISTRAçãO DE MEDICAMENTOS A PACIENTE". Sistema infusor 10 de administração de medicamentos a vaso sangüíneo venoso no corpo do paciente. O sistema infusor inclui um tubo de suprimento comprido, flexível, 12, tendo extremidades opostas. Uma das extremidades é acoplável a um suprimento 14 de medicação líquida 16, que é remoto em relação ao vaso sangüíneo venoso 26. O sistema inclui ainda um componente de suprimento 18 acoplado à outra extremidade do tubo de suprimento 12. Este componente de suprimento 18 é adaptável, de modo a ser colocado em relação de confronto com o vaso sangüíneo venoso 26, de forma que a medicação 16 a partir do citado suprimento 14 possa ser introduzida diretamente no vaso sangüíneo venoso 26 e distribuída no corpo do paciente. O sistema infusor 10 inclui ainda um dispositivo de alteração de pressão 56 usado para aumentar a pressão intra-abdominal no corpo do paciente. é também possível a amostragem do sangue venoso a partir da vasculatura meningoraquidiana.
