Abstract

"ANEL DE SEGMENTO MúLTIPLO PARA êMBOLOS DE MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção refere-se a um anel de segmento múltiplo para êmbolos de motores de combustão interna com duas lamelas consistindo em cinta de aço com flancos paralelos, cujas superfícies de rolamento apresentam respectivamente uma forma abauladamente assimétrica com uma linha de vértice se estendendo pela periferia das lamelas, bem como uma mola de expansão disposta entre as lamelas, que comprime as lamelas tanto axialmente contra respectivamente um dos flancos de uma ranhura anular no êmbolo como também radialmente contra a parede de cilindro. De acordo com a invenção, frente ao conhecido estado atual da técnica, é obtido um melhor efeito de separação de óleo com desgaste reduzido das superfícies de rolamento fato de que as superfícies de rolamento (h, h<39>) de ambas as lamelas (1, 2) são de tal maneira configuradas que correspondem a um contorno extremo de desgaste iminente no estado de início de operação do motor, sendo que no estado montado do anel de segmento (10) no êmbolo as linhas de vértice (3, 3<39>) das superfícies de rolamento (h, h<39>) estão orientadas respectivamente em sentido contrário ao meio da ranhura anular (3)."MULTIPLE SEGMENT RING FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE SYMBOLS". The invention relates to a multistage piston ring for two-sided internal combustion engine pistons consisting of parallel-flanged steel belts whose bearing surfaces are of a substantially asymmetrical shape with a vertex line extending from the periphery of the pistons. lamellae as well as an expansion spring disposed between the lamellae which compresses the lamellae both axially against one of the flanks of an annular groove in the piston and radially against the cylinder wall respectively.
