Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA CONFIGURAçãO DE CHAMADA RáPIDA EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES MóVEL". São providos um sistema e um método de configuração de chamada rápida para um dispositivo de comunicações móvel. Um terminal móvel monitora um canal de paginação em um primeiro ciclo pré-determinado, o canal de paginação compreendendo uma pluralidade de espaços para monitoração. Depois que um canal de tráfego é desconectado ao receber uma ordem de liberação (S1) , a rede provê parâmetros de ciclo de espaço reduzidos ao terminal móvel (S2). O terminal móvel utiliza estes parâmetros para monitorar o canal de paginação usando um ciclo de espaço reduzido. No fim de um tempo operacional ou através de uma intervenção da rede ou do terminal móvel, o ciclo de espaço reduzido é terminado e um ciclo de espaço normal é restabelecido.
