Abstract
"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO USANDO UM SISTEMA DE CATALISADOR DE METALOCENO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para polimerização de olefinas na presença de um composto de catalisador de metaloceno tendo pelo menos um grupo de saída contendo fluoreto ou flúor. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e composição de catalisador tendo desempenho de reator aperfeiçoado, redução ou eliminação da necessidade de aditivos antiobstrução para a composição de catalisador e/ou ao reator. Em uma modalidade, a invenção é um processo de polimerização de olefinas compreendendo contato de etileno e pelo menos um comonómero com um sistema de catalisador apoiado compreendendo um composto de catalisador de metaloceno, o composto de catalisador de metaloceno compreendendo pelo menos um grupo de saída contendo íon de fluoreto ou flúor; e onde o sistema de catalisador apoiado compreende um apoio de óxido inorgânico tendo um tamanho de partícula médio de a partir de 35 <109>m ou menos e um volume de poro de a partir de 1 a 2 cm¬ 3¬/g. O produto de polímero resultante dele é, em uma modalidade, um copolímero tendo uma densidade na faixa de a partir de 0,910 g/cm¬ 3¬ a 0,940 g/cm¬ 3¬, uma distribuição de peso molecular de a partir de 1,8 a 4; e um I~ 2~ de a partir de 0,1 dg/min a 10 dg/min e é adequado para artigos, tais como películas."POLYMERIZATION PROCESS USING A METALOCENE CATALYST SYSTEM". The present invention relates to a process for polymerizing olefins in the presence of a metallocene catalyst compound having at least one fluoride or fluorine containing leaving group. More particularly, the present invention relates to a catalyst process and composition having improved reactor performance, reducing or eliminating the need for anti-clogging additives for the catalyst composition and / or reactor. In one embodiment, the invention is an olefin polymerization process comprising ethylene contact and at least one comonomer with a supported catalyst system comprising a metallocene catalyst compound, the metallocene catalyst compound comprising at least one leaving group containing fluoride or fluorine ion; and wherein the supported catalyst system comprises an inorganic oxide support having an average particle size of from 35 µm or less and a pore volume of from 1 to 2 cm¬ 3¬ / g. The resulting polymer product thereof is, in one embodiment, a copolymer having a density in the range of from 0.910 g / cm¬ 3¬ to 0.940 g / cm¬ 3¬, a molecular weight distribution of from 1, 8 to 4; and an I-2 from 0.1 dg / min to 10 dg / min and is suitable for articles such as films.
