Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA COORDENAçãO E ESTABILIZAçãO DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para coordenar e estabilizar a distribuição de energia eólica, tal como uma grade de energia, de forma a evitar variações e oscilações repentinas, apesar de flutuações e oscilações da velocidade do vento. O processo usa, preferencialmente, uma pluralidade de estações de moinhos de vento, incluindo um número de estações de uso imediato, estações de armazenamento de energia e estações híbridas, onde a energia pode ser usada diretamente pela grade de energia e armazenada para uso posterior quando a demanda é maior ou a disponibilidade de vento menor. O processo compreende a elaboração de um planejamento da distribuição de energia, de forma a coordenar o uso de energia imediata e energia armazenada, baseado ma previsão da velocidade diária do vento, de forma a auxiliar na projeção dos níveis de geração de vento disponíveis para dias vindouros. A programação, preferencialmente, estabelece um número reduzido de períodos de saída de energia constante, durante os quais os níveis de distribuição de energia podem manter-se substancialmente constantes, a despeito das flutuações e oscilações na velocidade do vento e nos níveis de disponibilidade de energia eólica.
