Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA A REDUçãO DE SUBSTáNCIAS NOCIVAS NOS GASES DE ESCAPAMENTO DE UM FORNO DE FUNDIçãO COM COMBUSTãO POR QUEIMADOR". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a redução de compostos nocivos nos gases de escapamento de um forno de fundição (1) com combustão por queimador, no qual uma carga de fundição (2) é introduzida no forno (1) e lá ela é submetida a calor por meio de um queimador de combustão (4), sendo que os gases de combustão, que são enriquecidos com compostos nocivos provenientes da carga de fundição (2), correm essencialmente do queimador de combustão (4) para a abertura de escapamento (6) no forno (1), sendo que um gás rico em oxigênio é adicionado à mistura gasosa que corre no forno de fundição (1), sendo que a alimentação do gás rico em oxigênio é executada na adjacência da abertura de escapamento (6) do forno de fundição (1) ou a partir da própria abertura de escapamento (6), e, desse modo, conserva-se uma direção de alimentação que está direcionada contra a corrente principal na câmara de fundição (3) que se forma sem introdução de oxigênio, caracterizado pelo fato de que a quantidade da carga de fundição (2) por unidade de tempo introduzida no forno (1) é controlada por um dispositivo de controle (11) com a ajuda de um valor teórico previamente ajustado para a concentração de um componente de gás de escapamento, que é detectada no canal de escapamento (7) do forno de fundição (1)."DEVICE FOR REDUCING HARMFUL SUBSTANCES IN EXHAUST GASES OF A BURNER COMBUSTION FOUNDRY OVEN". The invention relates to a process for reducing harmful compounds in the exhaust gases of a burner combustion smelting furnace (1), in which a smelting load (2) is introduced into the furnace (1) and therein is subjected to heat by means of a combustion burner (4), the combustion gases, which are enriched with harmful compounds from the casting charge (2), flow essentially from the combustion burner (4) to (6) in the furnace (1), where an oxygen-rich gas is added to the gaseous mixture that runs in the smelting furnace (1), and the oxygen-rich gas is fed adjacent to the exhaust port ( 6) from the smelting furnace (1) or from the exhaust port (6) itself, and thereby maintaining a feed direction that is directed against the main stream in the smelting chamber (3) formed without introduction of oxygen, ca characterized by the fact that the amount of the casting charge (2) per unit time introduced into the furnace (1) is controlled by a control device (11) with the aid of a preset theoretical value for the concentration of a component of exhaust gas, which is detected in the exhaust channel (7) of the foundry furnace (1).
