Abstract
"UNIDADE DE ACOPLAMENTO RáPIDO COM VáLVULA DE RETENçãO INTEGRADA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de acoplamento rápido (1) para condutos conduzindo meios fluentes ou em corrente, em que está integrada uma válvula de retenção (5) para controle da pressão dos meios ou para ventilação nos condutos conduzindo o meio. Essa válvula de retenção (5) está disposta em um ramal secundário (4) aberto para fora, partindo do conduto principal da unidade de acoplamento rápido (1), e seu corpo de válvula (10), a partir de sua posição bloqueando a passagem para o meio, através de um tucho de válvula (12) acessível de fora, pode ser levado para sua posição liberando a passagem para o meio contra uma força de reposição. Além disso, a ramificação secundária (4) é simultaneamente a caixa de válvula (4) da válvula de retenção (5). O corpo de válvula (10) axialmente móvel na caixa de válvula (4) é executado em uma só peça e apresenta um cone de válvula (11), cuja sede de válvula como área cónica (16) correspondente é executada em uma contrapeça (17) oca, inserida de modo vedante na extremidade aberta da ramificação secundária (4) ou caixa de válvula (4) contra sua parede interna. A válvula de retenção (5) proporciona a vantagem de que consiste em apenas poucas partes individuais, que são de fabricação e montagem simples e económica, de preferência de plástico. é obtida a máxima vedabilidade no estado fechado da válvula (figura 1).
