Abstract
"artigos de espuma de poliuretano e poliuretano de cor preta e métodos para produzir os mesmos". a presente invenção refere-se às espumas pretas de poliuretano que apresentam colorações pretas de alta intensidade sem necessidade de aumentos concomitantes de colorantes pretos nas mesmas. tal artigo de espuma preto retinto resultante é possível, através da introdução, inesperadamente eficaz, de pequenas quantidades de certos compostos ou combinação de compostos toners que apresentam características de aparência específicas mensuráveis. tais toners exibem pelo menos um pico de absorção em uma faixa específica de comprimentos de onda (por exemplo, de cerca de 560 a 610 nm) e faixas específicas de larguras de banda a meia altura (de 40 a 130 nm). além disso, tal composto ou combinação de compostos, é, preferivelmente, líquido em estado natural (à temperatura ambiente) ou na forma de dispersão e pode, assim, ser facilmente incorporado em composições de precursor de poliuretano alvo, para mistura com pigmentos pretos (ou dispersões dos mesmos), colorantes poliméricos (líquidos) pretos, ou ambos. métodos de produção de espuma de poliuretano preta de alta intensidade, bem como espumas coloridas com substâncias líquidas poliméricas ou pigmentadas separadamente desse tipo, incluindo os compostos e/ou combinações de compostos toners necessários, como indicado acima, são também incluídos nesta invenção.
