Abstract
"SUSPENSãO PARA VEìCULOS". Suspensão para veículos, do tipo de duplo braço transversal ,na qual o braço de controle superior é também uma alavanca da terceira classe, cuja extremidade interna suporta a massa suspensa do veículo, sua extremidade externa está acoplada à junta da roda por uma junta esférica que atua como fulcro, estando o braço superior suportado, em sua região aproximadamente mediana, pela mola helicoidal, mantida em compressão entre um assento inferior, fixado à coluna da suspensão, e um conjunto do assento superior pivotado à parte superior ou, alternativamente, inferior, do braço transversal de controle superior. O assento superior da mola helicoidal possui pernas verticais, diametralmente opostas que estendem-se para baixo ou, alternativamente, para cima, cujas extremidades estão pivotadas ao braço de controle superior, com os elementos da suspensão dispostos de modo a diminuir ou, com uma determinada constante elástica da mola, cancelar os impactos gerados durante saltos abruptos da roda, evitando que sejam integralmente transferidos para a massa suspensa do veículo."SUSPENSION FOR VEHICLES".
