Abstract
"MáQUINA TIPO SCROLL". A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor que inclui um conjunto de válvula de descarga normalmente aberta para controlar o fluxo refrigerante comprimido a partir da câmara de descarga através dos elementos de compressão. Este controle de fluxo resulta em um desempenho aumentado do compressor ao reduzir o volume de recompressão e a eliminação da rotação contrária no desligamento. The present invention relates to a compressor including a normally open discharge valve assembly for controlling the compressed refrigerant flow from the discharge chamber through the compression elements. This flow control results in increased compressor performance by reducing the recompression volume and eliminating counter rotation at shutdown. The discharge valve assembly includes a valve seat, a valve plate and a valve stop, secured within a recess formed within the compressor with a corrugated retaining ring. The valve stop and valve seat include a contoured surface that is engaged by the valve plate when it opens and closes. The contoured surface controls the movement of the valve plate.
