Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CONVERTER EM IMAGEM TRIDIMENSIONALMENTE UM DOMO APICAL DE UM EMBRIãO DE PLANTA, E, SISTEMA PARA OBTENçãO DE INFORMAçãO TRIDIMENSIONAL DE UM DOMO APICAL DE UM EMBRIãO DE PLANTA". São providos métodos e sistemas para tridimensionalmente converter em imagem um domo apical localizado na extremidade do cotilédone de um embrião de planta. A informação tridimensional de um domo apical pode ser obtida varrendo o domo apical em variados planos focais ao longo de um eixo do embrião, ou usando múltiplas câmeras arranjadas de uma maneira confocal pata converter em imagem o domo apical. Ela pode também ser obtida irradiando o domo apical com luz policromática, em que os feixes de luz de múltiplos comprimentos de onda são focalizados em múltiplos planos focais ao longo do eixo do embrião, de maneira tal que a informação de altura do domo possa ser obtida com base no comprimento de onda da luz focalizada com precisão e refletida em cada ponto da superficie do domo. A informação tridimensional é usada para certificar várias características morfológicas (por exemplo, tamanho, forma, textura, etc.) do domo apical, que são por sua vez usadas para avaliar o vigor de germinação do embrião.
