Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA A DETECçãO E/OU ANáLISE DE COMPOSTOS QUE APRESENTAM, SIMULTANEAMENTE, RESSONâNCIA QUADRUPOLAR NUCLEAR E RESSONâNCIA MAGNéTICA NUCLEAR OU QUE APRESENTAM DUPLA RESSONâNCIA QUADRUPOLAR NUCLEAR, ELEMENTO SENSOR PARA A DETECçãO E/OU ANáLISE DE COMPOSTOS QUE APRESENTAM, SIMULTANEAMENTE, RESSONâNCIA QUADRUPOLAR NUCLEAR E RESSONâNCIA MAGNéTICA NUCLEAR E DETECçãO DE COMPOSTOS QUE TêM UM GRUPO DE NúCLEOS DE SPINS A E UM GRUPO DE NúCLEOS DE SPINS B E DISPOSIçãO PARA A DETECçãO DE COMPOSTOS QUE APRESENTEM DUPLA RESSONâNCIA QUADRUPOLAR NUCLEAR OU RESSONâNCIA QUADRUPOLAR NUCLEAR E RESSONâNCIA MAGNéTICA NUCLEAR". Método para a detecção e/ou análise de compostos que apresentam, simultaneamente, ressonância quadrupolar nuclear e ressonância magnética nuclear, tendo ditos compostos um grupo de núcleos de spins A capazes de ressonar quadrupolarmente; e um grupo de núcleos de spins B, capazes de ressonar magneticamente, em onde dito método compreende: a) aplicar um primeiro campo magnético H~ 1~, sobre dito grupo de núcleos de spins A, oscilando dito campo H~1~, na frequência de ressonância quadrupolar de dito grupo de núcleos de spins A, e simultaneamente sobre dito grupo de núcleos de spins B, outros dos campos magnéticos segundo e terceiro, sendo dito segundo campo magnético um campo magnético H~0~, o qual é ativado em coincidência com o primeiro pulso de dito campo magnético oscilante H~1~; e sendo dito terceiro campo magnético, um campo magnético H~2~ que oscila na frequência de ressonância magnética de dito grupo de núcleos de spins B em dito campo magnético H~0~ ; b) desativar dito segundo campo magnético H~0~ quando o sinal de ressonância quadrupolar proveniente de dito grupo de núcleos de spins A é máximo, para que a relação sinal-ruído de dito sinal quadrupolar aumente, e em consequência diminua o volume mínimo do composto possível de detectar e/ou analisar; c) digitalizar e somar os sinais detectadas enquanto H~0~ está desativado, em sincronismo com a sequência de pulsos de excitação para H~1~ d) ativar novamente o campo magnético H~0~ uma vez finalizada a etapa de digitalização; e) repetir as etapas b) a d) até obter a relação sinal-ruído adequada para detectar dito composto; e f) emitir um sinal de alarme no caso de detecção positiva ou proceder com a detecção e/ou análise do seguinte composto no caso de sinal negativo. Mais especificamente, o método está relacionado com a detecção e/ou análise de compostos, particularmente explosivos, alcalóides, ou similar, localizados em diferentes tipos de recipientes, em particular bagagens, malas postais, ou similar. Também se divulga um método para a detecção e/ou análise de compostos que apresentem, simultaneamente, dupla ressonância quadrupolar, elementos sensores, e uma disposição para a detecção e/ou análise de compostos que apresentem, simultaneamente, dupla ressonância quadrupolar nuclear ou ressonância quadrupolar nuclear e ressonância magnética nuclear.
