Abstract
More particularly it deals with a new agricultural implement, notably developed to extract and crush the remaining parts of the plants after harvesting various types of plantations, especially cotton, by extracting the root and stem of the plant in order to prevent the appearance and the proliferation of pests such as weevils, caterpillars, bed bugs, etc., which are very common in this type of crop, while revolving the soil preparing it for a new crop, thus providing a set that provides growers and farmers, greater safety and protection for the cultivated product, being, therefore, constituted by a suitable propelling medium, besides a transmitting medium (MT), being, basically, composed by a fairing (2) that supports and protects at least one longitudinal and extensible rotor shaft (3) along which at least three sets of supports (4) are mounted, each having self-sharpening hammers (5), which are of oncebidden to extract the roots of the plants (P) and turn the earth; the ends of the hammers (5) penetrate the soil up to five centimeters to remove the roots; intermediate the supports (4) and mounted along the axis (3) there are provided at least two sets (A) of disc-shaped supports (6), each support (6) having at least two knives ( 7) which are coated with suitable protective material and designed to shred material extracted from the ground.
