"associação do acetato de triancinolona 40mg com o nitrato de prata a 0,5% no tratamento dos hemangiomas e dos linfohemangiomas por infiltração intralesional em crianças". a presente invenção desta associação proporciona um sinergismo que potencializa a ação desses dois produtos e que quando injetado dentro da lesão promove uma rápida redução da massa turnoral evitando a sua proliferação impedindo com isso o seu crescimento, evoluindo para a cura. até o momento foram tratadas 82 crianças de todas as idades desde recém-nascidos até a adolescência, independente de cor, sexo. a dita associação é constituída por 1,0ml de acetato de triancinolona e 1,0ml de nitrato de prata a 0,5%, utilizando-se uma seringa descartável de 10ml e uma agulha para aspiração das substâncias, e uma agulha longa de 24mm para a injeção intralesional, todo o procedimento é realizado em ambiente estéril e hospitalar com todos os cuidados de higienização. essa invenção vem solucionar um problema sério de patologias que causam deformidades severas em que o paciente é excluído do convívio social e que até há pouco tempo era impossível o tratamento realizado, tanto do ponto de vista cirúrgico como clínico."association of 40mg triamcinolone acetate with 0.5% silver nitrate in the treatment of hemangiomas and lymphohemangiomas by intralesional infiltration in children". the present invention of this association provides a synergism that enhances the action of these two products and that, when injected into the lesion, promotes a rapid reduction of the tumor mass, preventing its proliferation, thus preventing its growth, evolving towards healing. so far, 82 children of all ages from newborns to adolescence have been treated, regardless of color or sex. said association consists of 1.0ml of triamcinolone acetate and 1.0ml of 0.5% silver nitrate, using a 10ml disposable syringe and a needle for aspiration of the substances, and a 24mm long needle for the intralesional injection, the entire procedure is performed in a sterile and hospital environment with all hygienic precautions. this invention comes to solve a serious problem of pathologies that cause severe deformities in which the patient is excluded from social life and which, until recently, treatment was impossible, both surgically and clinically.
