Abstract
DISPOSITIVO ACOPLADOR PARA FIXAÇçO E RETIRADA DO AGITADOR DE MÁQUINA DE LAVAR ROUPAS. No presente Modelo de Utilidade foi desenvolvido um dispositivo acoplador para fixação e retirada do agitador (4). Este dispositivo possui um encaixe no eixo do motor (1) composto de ranhuras que se fixam ao mesmo. Externamente o dispositivo acoplador possuir encaixes de acoplamento (2) que encaixam no agitador (4). Sendo um encaixe de referência (5) que garante o posicionamento do agitador em relação ao pino de fixação (3). O pino de fixação é preso ao dispositivo por uma parede flexível que movimenta-se ao receber pressão. Ao pressionar o agitador (4) sobre o dispositivo acoplador, a parede flexível cede, permitindo que o pino vá de encontro ao furo existente na parede do agitador (4). Ao encontrar o furo, o pino de fixação entra no furo fixando de forma segura o agitador ao eixo. Para retirar o agitador (4) basta pressionar o dedo sobre o pino de fixação (3) que sai do furo existente na parede do agitador ( 4 ) e puxá-lo para cima.COUPLER DEVICE FOR FIXING AND REMOVAL OF WASHING MACHINE SHAKE. In the present Utility Model a coupling device was developed to fix and remove the stirrer (4). This device has a socket on the motor shaft (1) composed of grooves that attach to it. Externally the coupling device has coupling fittings (2) that fit into the agitator (4). Being a reference socket (5) that ensures the positioning of the agitator in relation to the fixing pin (3). The securing pin is secured to the device by a flexible wall that moves under pressure. By pressing the agitator (4) onto the coupling device, the flexible wall gives way, allowing the pin to meet the hole in the agitator wall (4). Upon finding the hole, the clamping pin enters the hole securely securing the agitator to the shaft. To remove the agitator (4) simply press your finger on the retaining pin (3) that comes out of the hole in the wall of the agitator (4) and pull it upwards.

Alguns modelos de máquinas de lavar roupas possuem um agitador ( 4 ) fixado ao eixo do motor. A fixação do agitador ( 4 ) ocorre por pressão entre o mesmo e o eixo do motor. Durante o funcionamento da máquina ocorre a liberação involuntária do agitador ( 4 ), que pára de se movimentar. De tempos em tempos, torna-se necessária a retirada do agitador ( 4 ) para limpeza.
