Description
To date, sandals, espadrilles and similar shoes have consisted of a platform on which they are mounted (stitched or adhered) strips of cloth or leather that cover the foot and correspond to what, in all types of footwear, is called cut or leather.
However, this arrangement has two drawbacks or limitations for the user: (i) it is impossible to vary the color, shape and texture of the straps or leather; and (ii) it is difficult to wash them.
According to prior art research, different types of systems are known which make it possible to interchange the upper cut of a shoe or sandal. More specifically, two patent documents disclose an interchangeable cut-off.
The first, French Patent No. FR 1,034,211, issued to Frédéric, discloses a sole from whose upper edges project clips to guide interchangeable belts that are passed through a hollow space below the sole. The second, US Patent Application No. US2006 / 0174514, in the name of Charles, consists of a sole provided with straps attached thereto, the ends of which end in a kind of eyelet through which an open hook, to which they are attached, passes. through their eyes, interchangeable straps of the footwear.
However, both of these systems have important drawbacks. On the one hand, both the clamps and the hooks make contact with the foot, causing it to be injured. On the other hand, both clamps and hooks may come loose with walking.
In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present utility model provides for a flat-footed sole which allows to exchange the straps of a sandal or a shoe through the use of a fixed strap system provided with connecting means at its ends, which are sewn together. or adhered between at least two soles, one that makes contact with the foot and another that makes contact with the ground, thus allowing that said connecting means to pass different upper strips of the footwear.
These straps with connecting means do not extend beyond the upper sole to prevent the disconnecting means from making contact with the foot. The connecting means, in turn, have no openings and are closed, with which they remain attached and cannot come out of the straps to which they are attached. The sole may be made of any material and is of sufficient height to prevent the connecting means from overtaking it. These, in turn, may be of any shape and size, provided that they do not exceed the upper edge of the sole.

Descrição Detalhada da Realização PreferidaDetailed Description of Preferred Embodiment
The present utility model provides a new solution to the above discussed limitations of sandals, huaraches, espadrilles, flip-flops and similar shoes and will be described in more detail hereinafter with reference to one of these cases (the espadrilles) and should be understood to be similarly applied to other types of footwear, except for their specific differences.
To date, espadrilles for soles have consisted of one or several layers of braided vegetable fiber. Each of these layers is formed by coiling and gluing, on its own, a vegetable fiber braid, until a platform is known as a woven sole. (Natural soles) .Modernly, to this woven soles is added, by vulcanization, a thin layer of synthetic material, to reinforce and protect the part that will come into contact with the soil (synthetic soles) .Finally, over the composite soles that result from joining the reddish solad with the synthetic layer, the cut or leather is sewn (when the espadrille covers the empeine) or, as the case may be, straps holding the foot (when the espadrille is uncovered).
The proposed utility model consists of a sole body defining an upper portion, a lower portion and two side portions, said upper portion and lower portion being formed by layers (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2f), by adding such upper portion and portion. underside of the body of soles (3) which cross it transversely from side to side, said straps (3) being of a resistant and flexible material and having a seam at each of its ends connecting means (4).
In soles having a synthetic layer, strapping is performed prior to vulcanization and in natural fiber soles before the layers are sewn together. Our wood, leather, rubber, plastic, etc. consisting of a single layer, the straps with the connecting means at their ends shall be most conveniently added to the sole.
The length of the straps (3) will only exceed the width of the sole. Thus the connecting means (4) sewn to the same will be positioned near the edges, not high enough to exceed the sole upwards (not to disturb the foot) or downwards (to avoid slipping), but having some freedom of movement in both directions, or that is, the thickness of the upper portion of the sole body, that is, the upper layer or layer together, will be greater than the height of the connecting means.
On high soles, the straps (3) will be sewn under the layer that makes contact with the foot (2a and 2b) and in cases where the type of sole makes it necessary, the model will have added its upper surface a support (5) for the sole. heel, fixed or interchangeable, to avoid twisting and provide stability to the foot (Figure 8).
The shape, arrangement and material of the disconnecting means (4) may vary according to the model (metal, plastic, lined with the same fiber as the sole, ring-shaped, rectangular, cleats, etc.). Thus, for example, wider straps (3) will result in fewer connecting means (4) around the dolphin, which will have to be secured by means of depression, buttons, velcro or some other system (6).
Then vulcanization is performed, sewing and manufacturing steps where the straps (3) are attached to the sole.
The sole is secured to the foot by passing through the openings of the connecting means (4) a strap, a strip of cloth, skin, straps and others (7). The shapes and colors of these belts, as well as the way they cross the leather and openings of the connecting means, will depend on the user's taste and improvisation ability (Figures 8 to 11). You will be able to design your espadrille or sandal for each occasion, completely changing the straps (longer or shorter, of different colors, etc.) or just the way to arrange, fastening or finishing them.
