1. Footwear (1) comprising:

- reversible coupling means (40) of said upper (30) with said sole (20) switchable between an operating configuration, in which said at least one coupling portion (31) ? inserted and constrained in said at least one groove (22) to prevent the extraction of the respective coupling portion (31) along the insertion direction (Y), and a non-operative configuration, in which said at least one coupling portion (31) and said at least one groove (22) are not mutually constrained so that the upper (30) and the sole (20) are separate or separable, and vice versa.

2. Footwear (1) according to claim 1, wherein said groove (22) has a central area with a reduced section (25) defining a groove of the groove (22) in correspondence with which? a respective central part with a reduced section (31a) of the coupling portion (31) can be inserted.

5. Footwear (1) according to claims 2-4, wherein two first coupling elements (41) are mounted on said bottom wall (26) in opposite positions with respect to said groove groove (22).

10. Kit for footwear comprising a footwear (1) according to one or more of the previous claims and a plurality? of coupling portions (31) different from each other.
