Abstract

DOSADOR POR ESTEIRAS ALIMENTADORA COM FLUXO DE PRODUÇçO AJUSTÁVEL. Refere-se o presente modelo de utilidade a um novo dosador, a ser utilizado em máquinas selecionadoras eletrônicàs de grãos, pelas cores dos grãos, para os mais variados produtos granulados diversos. O dosador é compreendido por uma máquina (1) dosadora, composta de uma moega (2) para acondicionamento dos grãos a serem selecionados, com motor (3), de acionamento da esteira alimentadora (4), que direciona e conduz os grãos para a calha (5) transportadora e alimentadora, que por sua vez conduz os grãos até a saída (6), provida por conjunto de sensores ópticos (8) de leitura eletrônica, da câmera de leitura (10), que selecionam os grãos pela cor, acionando a válvula de ar (7) ejetora com bico de disparo (9), de seleção e separação.
