"EIXO GRAVADO E MéTODO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A invenção proposta compreende um rolo gravado, inteira ou principalmente fabricado a partir de uma liga de alumínio, sobre a superfície cilíndrica do qual é aplicada uma superfície de tela, compreendendo células de rebaixo com volume calculado. Sobre a superfície de tela é formada, através do processo de oxidação eletrolítica de plasma, uma camada de óxido-cerâmica, com espessura de 15-50 <109>m e microdureza de 700-1500 Hv, que reproduz adequadamente a superfície externa da tela. Grau elevado de dureza e resistência da camada de óxido-cerâmica permite às células da tela conservar suas dimensões e forma corretas por um longo período de uso do rolo. Impregnação adicional da camada porosa de óxido-cerâmica com materiais metálicas ou orgânicas endurece ainda mais a superfície da tela, aumenta sua resistência à corrosão, proporcionando a esta superfície as propriedades especiais exigidas (lipofilia, hidrofilia, hidrofobia e outras) para sistemas diferentes de transferência dosada de líquidos e suspensões."RECORDED AXLE AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURING".
