Abstract

"SISTEMA DE COMBUSTãO E PROCESSO PARA CASCA DE ARROZ E OUTROS MATERIAIS COMBUSTìVEIS". Um sistema e um processo para combustão atrativo do ponto de vista ambiental são dotados de uma fornalha eficiente (32, Figura 3) dentro de um trem de caldeiras (34, Figura 11) equipado com um conjunto especial de queimadores (30, a Figura 2) para efetuar a combustão completa de combustível compreendendo casca de arroz ou outro material combustível. Idealmente, a fornalha é projetada e arranjada de maneira a impedir que a casca de arroz ou outro material combustível impacte, corroa ou de alguma outra forma danifique as paredes da fornalha. Um aquecedor de ar (46, Figura 11) proporciona ar aquecido com o combustível. Um conduto primário proporciona uma trilha do tipo rolo (116 , Figura 8) para transportar de maneira pneumática e turbilhonar o combustível aquecido em volta das entradas dos queimadores. Impulsores (138, Figura 9) misturam o ar secundário compreendendo uma outra parte do ar aquecido com o combustível previamente aquecido em volta dos queimadores. O ar secundário é regulado por um registro de ar (144, Figura 8). De maneira vantajosa, o sistema e processo de combustão económica controla a temperatura de combustão e o tempo de residência da combustão da casca de arroz ou outros materiais combustíveis para minimizar a formação de dióxido de silicone cristalino abrasivo.
