Abstract

"MATERIAL DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE LìQUIDO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção é dirigida a um material de transferência de líquido, formado a partir de um laminado estreitado, e a um método para a fabricação do laminado. O laminado estreitado é formado a partir de camadas de folha de pelo menos um material estreitável não elástico, laminado para que pelo menos o filme não elástico defina uma dimensão longitudinal e transversal. Pelo menos a camada de filme do laminado tem aberturas em uma área onde a transferência de líquido através do laminado é desejável. O laminado inteiro pode ter aberturas. A parte sem aberturas do laminado permanece extensível e retrátil em pelo menos uma dimensão, sem uma redução significativa da respirabilidade e/ou das propriedades de barreira de líquido da camada de filme. Esta capacidade de extensão e de retração do laminado é o resultado de rugosidades estriadas, por exemplo, na dimensão longitudinal da camada de filme, o que permite que o laminado estreitado tenha uma quantidade de capacidade de extensão e retração na dimensão transversal. Um laminado respirável pode ser feito, primeiro, distendendo pelo menos parcialmente a camada de filme não elástico, afixando uma camada estreitável não elástico, para formar um laminado e, então, distendendo o laminado para estreitar o laminado e aumentar o filme até sua configuração completamente distendida desejada.
