Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA DETECTAR FAUDE EM UMA REDE DE RáDIO". Aparelho para detecção de fraude em uma rede de rádio inclui uma Estação Móvel (MS) tendo uma memória não volátil para armazenar um número de identificação eletrónica e uma primeira tabela de eventos de chamada. A invenção também inclui uma Estação de Comutação Móvel (MSC) ou Registro de Localização Doméstica (HLR) tendo uma segunda tabela de eventos de chamada que contém uma imagem de espelho da primeira tabela de eventos de chamada (se nenhuma fraude tiver ocorrido). Cada tabela de eventos de chamadas contém dados de eventos de chamada de saída para a MS. A invenção tambem inclui um processo para a detecção de fraude em uma rede de rádio compreendendo as etapas de recuperação de dados de eventos de chamada do MSC para a MS; consulta à MS usando os dados de eventos de chamada recuperados; envio de mensagem de resposta da MS para o MSC; comparação dos dados de consulta com a mensagem de resposta; e detecção de fraude, se os dados de eventos de chamada não correspondem à mensagem de resposta.
