Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A FORMAçãO DE LOTES DE PESO COTROLADO DE GêNEROS QUE POSSUEM PESO NãO UNIFORME". Em conexão com uma formação de lotes com peso controlado de itens de gêneros alimentícios de pesos não uniformes ser usualmente praticada para produzir lotes com pesos-alvos estabelecidos e preferivelmente também com uma quantidade estabelecida de itens em cada lote, e ainda adicionalmente com diferentes pesos-alvos para itens provenientes de diferentes faixas de peso, por ex., itens "leves" e "pesados", respectivamente. Até agora, isto tem sido tomado literalmente no sentido de que um limite estabelecido tem sido ajustado entre os diferentes intervalos de peso, porém em conexão com a invenção e demonstrado que com o uso de uma técnica de classificação é altamente vantajoso alargar esse limite na forma de um certo "intervalo limite", na medida em que seja então possível produzir lotes totalmente automatizados com excesso de peso e de perda de modo geral minimizados. Um computador controlador pode determinar e efetuar ou recomendar as importantes correções menores dos parâmetros de controle para a otimização da operação.
