Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA CAMISA PARA PROTEçãO DE PELO MENOS UMA SEçãO DE UM ARTIGO ESTENDIDO". Um processo para produzir uma camisa para a proteção de um objeto estendido e o artigo produzido pelo processo. O processo inclui as etapas de selecionar um tubo retrátil por calor que possui um tamanho que corresponde ao objeto que se pretende proteger; prover um corpo de molde que possui dimensões externas que substancialmente correspondem às dimensões do objeto que se pretende proteger; colocar o tubo retrátil por calor sobre o corpo de molde; aplicar calor ao tubo retrátil por calor para fazer com que o tubo retrátil por calor se adapte à forma do corpo de molde; cortar o tubo retrátil por calor longitudinalmente para criar uma luva aberta (52) com primeira e segunda faces laterais (54, 56); e remover a luva aberta (52) do corpo de molde. De preferência, é provido um dispositivo fixador (57) nas faces laterais (54, 56) da luva aberta para permitir que a luva seja fixada apertadamente em torno do objeto que se pretende proteger.
