"EMPLASTRO CONTENDO ESTRADIOL PARA APLICAçãOTRANSDéRMICA DE HORMÈNIOS". A presente invenção serefere a um emplastro contendo uma substância ativa para aliberação controlada de estradiol ou seus derivadosfarmaceuticamente aceitáveis, separadamente ou em combinaçãocom gestágenos, à pele humana ou animal, consistindo de umacamada de suporte, um reservatório contendo uma substânciaativa no mesmo, o qual é adequado para a liberação combinadada substância ativa e o qual é produzido utilizando adesivossensíveis à pressão, e uma camada de proteção destacável. Oadesivo sensível a pressão contem colesterol ou amido de milho.
