"PROCESSO PARA A ADIçãO DE UM OU DE VáRIOS ADITIVOS, LìQUIDOS OU EM SUSPENSãO EM UM LìQUIDO, A UM MATERIAL DE VáRIOS COMPONENTES, APARELHO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO, E, UTILIZAçãO DO PROCESSO E DO APARELHO". O aparelho (20) compreende: pelo menos um primeiro dispositivo (25) de dosagem volumétrica do aditivo em função de uma quantidade de líquido predeterminada, esse dispositivo (25) sendo previsto para operar essa dosagem de acordo com uma faixa de proporções de aditivo relativamente grande, que vai por exemplo de 2 a 10 %; pelo menos um segundo dispositivo (24) do mesmo tipo, previsto para operar essa dosagem de acordo com uma faixa de proporções de aditivo relativamente pequena, que inclui proporções que representam uma fração de porcentagem de aditivo, que vai por exemplo de 0,2 a 1,9 %, os dois dispositivos (24, 25) precitados sendo montados em série; meios (26, 27) que formam derivações, que permitem coletar a dose de aditivo determinada por um ou pelos dois dispositivos de dosagem (24, 25) e misturar essa dose com a dita quantidade de líquido a jusante do dispositivo (25) situado mais a jusante, e meios (28) para misturar em seguida a quantidade de líquido assim adicionada de aditivo com os outros constituintes do material, para a utilização desse último."PROCESS FOR THE ADDITION OF ONE OR MORE ADDITIVES, LIQUID OR IN SUSPENSION IN A LIQUID, TO A MATERIAL OF VARIOUS COMPONENTS, APPLIANCE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PROCESS, AND, USE OF THE PROCESS AND THE APPLIANCE". The apparatus (20) comprises: at least one first device (25) for volumetric dosing of the additive according to a predetermined amount of liquid, that device (25) being provided to operate that dosage according to a range of proportions of additive relatively large, ranging from 2 to 10%; at least a second device (24) of the same type, designed to operate this dosage according to a relatively small range of additive proportions, which includes proportions that represent a fraction of a percentage of additive, ranging from 0.2 to 1.9%, the two devices (24, 25) needed to be assembled in series; means (26, 27) that form derivations, which allow to collect the additive dose determined by one or by the two dosing devices (24, 25) and to mix that dose with the said amount of liquid downstream of the device (25) located more downstream, and means (28) for subsequently mixing the amount of liquid thus added of additive with the other constituents of the material, for the use of the latter.
