Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS ABSORVENTES TENDO CAMADAS DE DISTRIBUIçãO E DE ARMAZENAGEM DE FLUIDO". é divulgada uma estrutura absorvente incluindo uma camada de aquisição de líquido e uma camada de armazenagem de líquido fibrosa em comunicação líquida com a camada de aquisição. A camada de armazenagem inclui partículas de SAP. A camada de aquisição inclui fibras sintéticas e as fibras são ligadas com látex. Uma camada de aquisição e/ou de distribuição (ADL) contendo pelo menos duas camadas, uma camada superior de fibras sintéticas ligadas com látex e uma camada inferior de fibras de celulose ligadas com látex e/ou termicamente e método para preparação destas são divulgados. A camada de fibra sintética é altamente porosa e provê rápida aquisição de fluido sob carga. A camada de celulose provê força capilar na direção z para puxar fluido para dentro do produto absorvente, para prover imobilização temporária de fluido, e para atuar como um conduto para fluido ser puxado para dentro da porção insaturada da camada de armazenagem permanente de fluido. A ADL da invenção provê proteção aumentada contra vazamento em relação a ADLS de camada única.
