Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE SISTEMA DE AMARRAçãO E PARA CONEXãO DAS LINHAS DE AMARRAçãO DO SISTEMA DE AMARRAçãO àS LINHAS DE AMARRAçãO DA ESTRUTURA MARINHA FLUTUANTE, MéTODO DE AMARRAçãO DE ESTRUTURA MARINHA FLUTUANTE, MéTODO PARA ESTABELECIMENTO DE UMA CONEXãO DE LINHA DE AMARRAçãO OPERáVEL, SISTEMA DE AMARRAçãO OPERáVEL POR MEIO DE UM ROV PARA AMARRAçãO DE OBJETO FLUTUANTE PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE âNCORA SITUADO NO FUNDO DO OCEANO E SISTEMA DE AMARRAçãO PARA ESTRUTURAS MARINHAS FLUTUANTES DE AMARRAçãO". Method for distributing mooring systems for floating marine structures, such as offshore mobile drilling units (M.O.D.U.'s) and for connecting them to your mooring line. A single anchor maintenance vessel contains one or more anchors, each of which has a distribution connection and a mooring connection. The anchor maintenance vessel moves an anchor around its stern cylinder and lowers it to the bottom of the sea for installation. A maintenance line is disconnected by the ROV from the distribution connection and is moved to the mooring connection to become the main mooring line. The buoys are then mounted on the main mooring line to raise it above the seabed for recovery. When MODU positioning is desired, the anchor maintenance vessel retrieves the buoy and connects its mooring line to the rig's mooring line, using the short section of the mooring chain. A J-shaped Capture blocking device is then installed on the mooring rope and is connected to the probe's mooring line by a short section of the chain. The J-shaped retainer lowers the mooring rope, completing the mooring connection between the anchor and MODU. A plurality of mooring ropes, usually eight in number, is distributed in this way to correctly position the drilling unit offshore. The disconnection of the MODU is performed essentially through a procedure contrary to the distribution procedure above.
