Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FRAGMENTAçãO DE MINéRIO USANDO MéTODO DE COMPRESSãO DE LEITO A BAIXAS PRESSõES E INSTALAçãO PARA O MESMO"<D>. A invenção fornece um método e instalação para processar material de metal patente para mancais por fragmentação por pressão. O material é comprimido em partículas de leito, a pressões baixas e em densidades de material de volume baixo, e de preferência não mais que é necessário para liberar os valores desejados, desse modo para minimizar a formação de finos. A pressão de leito compressiva aplicada no material não excede 300 MPa, de preferência no máximo 50 MPa e mais preferivelmente 30 MPa. O processo é de preferência operado em um modo de circuito aberto. Surpreendentemente, estas medidas levam a aumentar a liberação de valores comparados com as técnicas de fragmentação convencionais.
