Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, POLIPEPTìDEO, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UMA ENZIMA BIOSSINTéTICA DE CARBOIDRATO EM UMA CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO E PRODUTO" A presente invenção refere-se a fragmentos de ácido nucléicos isolados codificadores de uma enzima biossintética de carboidrato, selecionado a partir de sintases de 1,3-beta-D-glucano ou proteínas frágil-1 vegetais. A presente invenção também se refere à construção de uma gene quimérico que codifique a enzima biossintética de carboidrato, no todo ou em parte, em orientação de mesmo sentido ou sentido contrário, em que a expressão do gene quimérico resulte na produção de níveis alterados da enzima biossintética de carboidrato em uma célula hospedeira transformada."ISOLATED NUCLEIC ACID FRAGMENT, CHIMERIC GENE, TRANSFORMED HOSTED CELL, POLYPEPTIDE, METHOD OF CHANGING THE EXPRESSION LEVEL OF A CAREHYDRATIC ENTHUSIAST HOSHETIC PRODUCT, SYNTHETIC ENHYTE HOSTOPIC INVENTION" to isolated nucleic acid fragments encoding a carbohydrate biosynthetic enzyme, selected from 1,3-beta-D-glucan synthases or vegetable fragile-1 proteins. The present invention also relates to the construction of a chimeric gene that encodes the biosynthetic enzyme of carbohydrate, in whole or in part, in the same or opposite direction, in which the expression of the chimeric gene results in the production of altered levels of the enzyme carbohydrate biosynthesis in a transformed host cell.
