Abstract
"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO QUìMICO POR FOSFATO ELETROLìTICO PARA FORMAR UMA PELìCULA E PELìCULA COMPOSTA SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE DE AçO". Um processo de fosfatagem adequado para tratamento eletrolítico, que utiliza um banho de fosfatagem compreendendo um íon de fosfato e ácido fosfórico, ácido nítrico, um íon metálico capaz de formar um complexo com o íon fosfato no banho de fosfatagem e um íon metálico tendo um potencial elétrico em que o íon metálico dissolvido no banho de fosfatagem é reduzido e depositado como metal de um mesmo valor que ou mais elevado do que aquele da reação de eletrólise anódica da água, o solvente usado no banho, em que o banho contém um íon metálico que não um componente de um revestimento a ser formado em uma quantidade de 0 a 400 ppm e é substancialmente livre de sólidos afetando uma reação formadora de película de revestimento."PROCESS OF CHEMICAL TREATMENT BY ELECTROLYTIC PHOSPHATE TO FORM A FILM AND COMPOUND FILM ON A STEEL SURFACE". A phosphating process suitable for electrolytic treatment, which uses a phosphating bath comprising a phosphate ion and phosphoric acid, nitric acid, a metal ion capable of forming a complex with the phosphate ion in the phosphate bath and a metal ion having a potential electric in which the metal ion dissolved in the phosphate bath is reduced and deposited as a metal of the same or higher value than that of the anodic electrolysis reaction of water, the solvent used in the bath, in which the bath contains a metal ion other than a coating component to be formed in an amount of 0 to 400 ppm and is substantially free of solids affecting a coating film forming reaction.
