Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR AEROGéIS E APARELHO PARA REALIZAR O MéTODO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para produzir aerogéis e a um aparelho para efetuar a invenção. Os aerogéis são produzidos de modo semicontínuo por métodos conhecidos, nos quais, em seguida à formação do gel, liogel é transferido em um recipiente móvel por pelo menos duas etapas de procedimento, o recipiente compreendendo entradas e saídas e, por meio dessas etapas, o recipiente é movido para estações apropriadas, para o suprimento e descarga de materiais, em cujas estações é conectado a meios de alimentação e descarga, em as etapas de procedimento são efetuadas ali. Um aparelho para efetuar o método compreende um recipiente com uma parte superior e uma parte inferior, uma vedação circundante e um asaco adaptado para ser colocado no recipiente, o saco sendo conectado ao longo da abertura e pelo menos parcialmente aos elementos de espessura, as partes inferior e superior do recipiente sendo conectadas ao longo de sua periferia de modo impermeável a gás às partes correspondentes de um dispositivo de retenção. A parte inferior do recipiente com a parte inferior do dispositivo de retenção, a vedação e a parte superior de recipiente com a parte superior do dispositivo de retenção podem ser conectadas de forma impermeável a gás, e pelo menos uma das partes dos dispositivos de retenção tem uma abertura para receber o saco e pelo menos uma das partes do dispositivo de retenção tem uma pluralidade de projeções individuais ou um rebordo circundante, de modo que a distância mínima entre as projeções ou o rebordo e a outra parte do dispositivo de retenção seja maior do que a espessura dos elementos de espessura do saco e que a borda do saco com os elementos de espessura seja mantida entre a curva projecional e a vedação.
