Descreve-se o anticorpo monoclonal, 3-6-A, que se liga à região extracelular de um DM <244> e à célula de hibridroma, KHB-DM, com um n° de_depósito de KCTC-0485BP, que produz o anticorpo monoclonal 3-6-A. O anticorpo monoclonal mostra capacidade de ligação potente e especificidade exclusiva em células dendríticas, entre os leucóticos do sangue periférico."MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, HYBRIDOMA CELL, PLASMIDY pBlueBacHis2A-DM <244> RECOMBINANT, RECOMBINANT BACULOVIRUS, AND PROCESS FOR PROCEDURE FOR DENDRITIC CELLS OF A SAMPLE". We describe the monoclonal antibody, 3-6-A, which binds to the extracellular region of a DM <244> and the hybrroma cell, KHB-DM, with a deposit number of KCTC-0485BP, which produces the monoclonal antibody 3-6-A.
