A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de emissão e de recepção de ondas de hiperfreq³ências comportando um elemento irradiador planário. O dispositivo é caracterizado pelo fato do elemento irradiador (60) apresentar, para a emissão e para a recepção, acessos (68, 66) sensivelmente ortogonais, a defasagem dos sinais de emissão e de recepção e a forma do elemento irradiador sendo tais, que os sinais de emissão e de recepção, cujas freq³ências são diferentes, sejam polarizados circularmente em sentidos inversos.
