Patente de Invenção: <B>''APARELHO DE LAMINAçãO REVERSìVEL A FRIO". Vários problemas convencionais produzidos em virtude da linha preparatória de enrolamento e a linha de laminação reversa a frio serem independentes uma da outra devem ser resolvidos através da unificação de ambas as linhas, sem reduzir a eficiência da operação de laminação. Um aparelho de laminação reversível de acordo com a presente invenção inclui uma primeira e uma segunda unidade de enrolamento-desenrolamento suportadas por um quadro comum, dispostas ente um laminador reversível para tiras de aço de laminação a frio e uma unidade de junção para unir a porção extrema traseira de uma tira de aço precedente desenrolada por meio de uma unidade de desenrolamento até a porção extrema condutora de uma tira de aço seguinte, diretamente ou por intermédio de uma tira artificial, ou para unir tiras artificiais às porções extremas de uma tira de aço, de modo que as posições das unidades de enrolamento-desenrolamento sejam comutáveis.
